It has been five years since we developed our Naomist M.Q.L (Oilmist Atomizing) product and Vegetable Ester Oil. Our products have patents filed nationwide and internationally, and are recognized as a product with quality and prolonged use. The cutting oil and coolant that factories use for their machines are commonly applied, but badly affect people health, surrounding environment and oil wate treatment.
The Tokoyo Protocal for earth environment will be effective in the near future.
We all involved in machining, steels and bearing injection spary should get rid of such toxic coolant and lubrication method. Our Naomist M.Q.L (Minimum Quantity Lubrication, Oil mist Atomizing) and 100% Vegetable Ester Oil will be the solution to settle friendyly environmental machining againt polluted atmosphere. The M.Q.L machining instead of cutting oil and coolant will be widely used to meet upcoming regulations for pro-environment.
The Spin Dryer (named Young Drain) will be of great help to remove water and oil in the air line from commpressor room if it is installed in front of machines. There will be no need to spend high cost Air Dryer and Air Cooler in the air line. The Spin Dryer are equipped with a special compact impeller inside the unit, spinning wet air into dry and clean one.
